Look, these will get you out of a bad situation. Don’t waste your time with a cheap set thinking they are the same. They are not. I have 2 rounded off caliper bracket bolts, rusted and frozen in place. I tried a cheaper brand and they just didn’t bite, tried and tried for 3 afternoons using every YT ‘easy’ fix for this. Nothing worked. This was the last hope before drastic measures. 20min later both bolts off and I can’t believe it. Do yourself a favor and just get a set of these, life is too short to struggle with this stuff, this will get it done fast, and no damage to the sockets, they are ready for next time. A+ product.

I tried the Chinese made brand (Napa) and stripped the bolt extractor. Hmmm. Now I have to buy another set of extractors. I bought the American made rocket sockets with hesitation but really had no choice. They bit hard which was a very pleasant surprise. I used a little heat and the bolts came right out except for one. I didn’t heat it up quite as long and snapped the head off. They worked flawlessly. Best purchase I ever made.

If you work on anything automotive or motorcycle... These are a must. Brake caliper bolt was stripped by customer... Off in minutes, I was thinking only a cut off wheel was going to help me. Great American made product.

I saw project farms review on these because I rounded out the bolts on my head studs and I couldn’t get them out until I saw this product and I bought it and thank God it worked as you can see in the photos the sockets had a good bite on those damn bolts. Keep in mind they are head studs so they loosened up to at least 200 pound feet of torque
