Absolutely love it! I slept with it on my bed as I waited for my large mat to be delivered and within an hour, my body felt the difference and overnight was wonderful. Definitely definitely definitely buy it. I had for knee replacement almost a year ago so I have a lot of stiffness and inflammation especially when it’s cold. This made a huge difference woke up and greatly decreased pain aches. Slept better than I have in a long time. The science behind it is true grounding definitely works if you’re questioning it just order it. It is worth every day which this was reasonably price.

I'm getting another delivered today, which will stretch across the bottom of my bed, and be stabilized by straps provided. I have an electrical background and thought something was fishy when I first saw that it's basically a big mouse pad. Tested it with my multimeter. No connection between the plug end that goes in the wall ground, and the mat when the when is connected. Honestly just buy. Piece of mental, connect a wire to it and jam that into a ground socket. Better yet, just run a wire outside because your ground receptacles are tied to every other ground in the house. There's a reason musicians and sound engineers have isolated grounds. I literally bought this because I had a hunch it wouldn't work. And it doesn't lol. I feel bad for all the people thinking they're getting anything from this product. Seriously. sheet of conductive metal or tape, wire, and grounding rod (outside the house). This is how to properly isolate to ground.
