The backbone system is designed to fit the factory hard top of the Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited 4 Door. The backbone system consists of three base mounting plates that are installed to the inside of the hard top. The base mounting plates are then connected to the backbone frame using six aluminum castings. The backbone frame is then used to mount the cross bars or platform of your choice.
