Good! It taste good... But you've got to take it like a shot because after time it'll taste like iron and that's what I hate about taking iron... The penny taste but this is the furthest I've been able to escape the taste. I'd choose this over gummies any day

Tastes really good! I'd be worried if I had small children--you would have to be sure they couldn't access it! Seems to be helping me. My only issue is that the cap was really hard to get off and finally just broke into two pieces so now I have a piece of foil and a rubber band to close it. So the cap was not just child-proof, it was anyone-proof! I guess I just got a defective cap but it's very inconvenient and I'll probably not buy it again because of the struggles with the bottle.

Decent taste! Gentle on stomach . I’ve been reading the reviews and noticed some get nauseous- try taking it with food… not by itself. Also vit c helps absorption… tannins like coffee /tea can get in the way … and don’t take it with 2 hrs of taking magnesium. Have a great day !
