I have low iron and recently noticed the fatigue was getting worse. I have been taking this for two weeks, and I seriously notice a HUGE difference. Takes terrible, but tolerable. Worth it! So excited to have identified the reason I was dragging all afternoon every day!

I tripled my iron/ferritin levels. The way I thought I was going nuts because I felt such an immediate (next day) difference. But, this really helps when you're deficient like I am. (I started at ferritin level fo 9) My goal is around 80 so, just need some time and I think some added vitamin C to help absorbtion. Great productEdit:While I do like this product and continue to reorder it CAN cause constipation. It's tolerable and if you add a bit of magnesium to your routine that helps. But this being a 'zero constipation product' is not accurate for me. I have started eating an orange with my iron and I feel like that's helping with absorption. It's sad bc my solid every other day compliance has gone down significantly bc I'm afraid of being constipated.Pro: my hair started growing back after low iron thinning on the side. SO many baby hairs. My energy is way up. Anxiety is way down. Oddly, my PMS is not near as violent either. (Weird I know) I think it's because my baseline has risen!! I'm just not as tired as I was before so when PMS-tiredness hits it doesn't wipe me out.

Boosted my energy within a weeks time! The taste is definitely bearable. Will continue to have this throughout my pregnancy. So far no constipation.

UPDATE: love this company! They offered me a full refund after my original post below. Will be sticking with them for other vitamins! Adding a star for how they handled this.—I’m not usually that picky about taste but this is one is not good at all. Personally, it’s not edible to me. The bottle came dented as some others have mentioned. It wasn’t broken, thankfully. I love Mary Ruth’s normally but this one just isn’t something I can choke down.
