Actually quite a bit… I was out at a grocery store and could not make it to the rest room seem like it leaked out almost a full glass… When I got home, the unit was very heavy so I suppose at least a half a glass full glass was stored… Without any leakage… Thank God… That could’ve been really embarrassing!!

Will these fit a 31 to 32 inch waist?

To say order a small is outrageous. I have a 32 waist and I feel I have luggage on my behind since it's truly large and leaks occur. Make a true small instead of misleading customers

I wear a men's depend "fit-flex large". what is the equivalent size in these tena?

My dad wear and XL in Men's Depends, all variations of depends, i.e., Real-Fit or Overnight and so on. I bought the Extra Large in TENA but noticed that the front part was huge..too big really in the front, and the back side at the base of his bottom it was too small. Meaning in the back there wasn't enough coverage. However, in saying that, my brother and I think they are easier to put on dad and they hold up great. We were impressed at how much they would hold seeing that my dad is both urine and bowel incontinent. My dad is 92 (almost 93) with late stage Alzheimer's and at first my brother and I tried the regular adult diapers with tabs..but those could be a challenge for us with dad especially if he was Sundowning and very confused. Wearing the Tena brand or the depends pull ups have worked so good for us that my dad is shocked every time we tell him we need to change his diapers. He thinks they are really nice underwear..hehehehe. Bless him. I ultimately would tell you to go down a size but the best thing to do is look at the dimensions on the depends box and then look at the dimensions on the Tena box and try to get as close as you can. They are really good if you get the wrong size. Any unopened packages that you purchase you should be able to swap out if they still have that return policy. Naturally you can't return any used ones.
