NOW Sports Nutrition, Arginine & Citrulline 500 mg/ 250 mg, Amino Acids, 120 Veg Capsules

I’ve been using the NOW Sports Nutrition Arginine & Citrulline capsules (500 mg / 250 mg) regularly, and they provide good support for my workouts and recovery. The combination of these amino acids seems to help with blood flow and muscle endurance. The capsules are easy to swallow and vegan-friendly, which I appreciate. The 120 count gives good value and lasts a while. If you want a reliable arginine and citrulline supplement to boost performance and recovery, this is a solid option.

I've suffered from migraines all of my adult life. A few years ago my doctor, although my blood pressure was on the low side of normal, put me on a blood pressure medication that gave me some relief. But I still got 2 to three migraines a month and the medication made me less tolerant to exercise. I gained almost 50lbs. My son, who is a body builder, told me about arginine and citrulline as something that would help me with my exercise tolerance. I tried it just before doing some long walks and I can't say I saw a difference so it just sat on my shelf. Then one day I saw it on the shelf and decided to look at it a bit closer. That's when I discovered that it could help with migraines. So I began taking a gram in the morning and another at night. No more migraines. None. I took myself off of the blood pressure meds and my blood pressure is still on the low side of normal. The best part is I have more energy and I've lost 10 pounds in the first month on it. I can't say enough good things about this product. It works much better than I could have hoped.

Have used this supplement for quite a while from another vendor and like it very much. Yours cost less and has the same ingredients so I switched to yours.Plan to continue using it for I am pro active with my health and at 74 I am in good health thanks to this and other supplements I take.

If you read the reviews you will find all the benefits people has enjoyed from using this. I enjoy weight training and am sick and tired of the preworkouts that have "proprietary blends" and blends of stuff that do nothing for me. So I bought this here and I take 8 pills about 20 min before I work out, which equates to 4 grams of Arginine, I do weight about 220 so I need more according to my research. The pumps are amazing, I can't state that enough. You don't need to be buying these powders loaded with caffeine that contain who knows what that do nothing for you. With this stuff you get an amazing pump in your workout and you feel like you can keep going. Most preworkouts do not have a healthy dose of Arginine or Citrulline plus the crash you get with preworkouts later in the day. I add creatine to this after my workout and it makes for a great supplement that I can really feel the difference and it is affordable. For cycling, this supplement seems to give you better blood flow which helps alleviate cramps and brings more oxygen so you can push harder on the climbs and you seem to not get as tired. For $13 bucks this is a great buy. I bought the small bottle to test out, I wanted to see if what I thought it would do and it did. So now I'll but buying the bigger bottle at $25 dollars. Taking 8 pills a workout, they go a little quicker. Remember you need at least 3-4grams to get the benefits and 4 grams is 8 caps. I do not work for NOW nutrition but will be buying more of this for sure. Again, save your money and stick to this and some german creatine, and some beta alanine, which you can get here from bulk supplements and you'll be set. Saves you tons of money and you get what you pay for and you'll see results.

I have previously used Now Vitamins as for L- Arginine and it always worked flawlessly. I gave myself a chance to try the version that they have with Citrulline. Not sure how it is supposed to work as for the Now Sports version, but in a short timeframe used I can corroborate that they do not work as well as the Now Vitamins version. It is true that when it comes to vitamins we are all different and in 90% of cases the results match the product. The L-Arginine Now Vitamins version is brutally effective. I assumed that the same level would transfer in their Now Sports version, but the reality (same person, "almost" same brand) is not that so. It might be a "not yet" effectivity reality, but not yet sure.

The value of this product is really good probably one of the best prices for these pills. I have taken l-arginine before but when it's combined with the cittrulline it has extraordinary effects. I have been using them because I was sluggish when I was doing hard labor but just after a week I started feeling more energy after two weeks my energy was through the roof. I had to regulate my amount of labor because working outside is even more stress on your body even if you can handle the work out. You can't handle a heat stroke and that will happen before you can say I over did it. I drink at least 8 to12 20oz waters on top of 4 Gatorades and green teas in the course of a day. I use to come home and pass out on the recliner of exhaustion. Now I can come home and take care of some things at home and still have enough energy to give the wife some attention she deserves. I'm 54 and I feel like I'm 10 foot tall and Bullitt proof. Lol. I have done more work than I have ever done I'm life and my body feels good, I don't have sore muscles for days at a time. Maybe 1 day after buy I don't even get cramps anymore. And on top of that I can feel my lungs working the oxygen through my system. I had issues with arthritis before now its practically gone. I also sleep a whole lot better.these pills are way worth their price believe me. I have my body to prove my results
