Easy to install and really strong!
I just installed a set of these on my 2007 Toyota Land Cruiser, install is super simple and they are extremely strong. I have nearly been decapitated a few times so this is a welcome relief. Going to order a set for my tail gate.

Affordable Land Cruiser / Lx470 100 series hood strut replacement
Build quality and fit appears of equal quality as OE. I do wish that the washer they provided was black like the product itself but that’s just my own personal preference. Super easy to install with a 12mm wrench. I tested with one installed only and it did not hold up the hood but it is a heavy hood so I was not surprised.

good value for money and no issues.
perfect fit for my 2000 lx470, nice and strong lift, super easy install with all parts included, they were a bit thicker than the 17 year old stock ones i pulled off but no clearance issues and despite freezing temps hood lifts almost on its own with a bit of guidance. not much to say here, but that should just about cover it.

Perfect fit, works great and fantastic price for Lexus GX470
I bought these struts for the hood of my 2004 Lexus GX470. They fit perfect and work great. They saved me a lot of money. The dealership wanted $199 fie the pair plus $95 for installation. These cost me $20 and took 5 minutes to install. GREAT BUY!

Would be better without metal clips
Looked to be good quality. I was not a fan of the metal clips used to hold the piston in place. I'm hoping they will stay in place after being bent, but we'll see. If it weren't for those stupid clips, I'd give this a 5

Almost Exact
Come as described. All necessary hardware was included, instructions as well. The reason I'm rating 4 stars is the struts are half to an inch shorter than OEM.

Good fit. Works great
Great fit. Its a 2 peace install. Makes it for easy install and removal. Snap on and off. Unlike the original. It was a one piece. Harder to remove as you have to unscrew everything. Now if the new one ever goes out. It will be easy just to snap in and out replacement..

Save money - Easy Install
I purchased these several weeks ago. The installation was quite easy and I saved a small fortune doing this myself. The front hood lift supports work well and the customer service was exceptional (I lost a screw).
