Buyer beware says phone refurbished, yes one or two marks and scratches, can only use a phone, because when you open up filp into dual screen LCD had big black mark each side unable to use

Faulty charger and pixalated dot on screen fold
Charger did not work. They offered to send a replacement. Screen has pixalated dot inside fold. Love the big screen, but can't not stear at the pixalated dot inside screen fold. Will ask for a replacement. If no faults, it would have been a great phone...

Faulty
The charging port is faulty. I have tried switched and tried multiple chargers but the charging port isn't working. It won't charge or it takes a lot longer to charge.

A lot heavier than previous phone
This phone was bought as a present for me. I really liked the big screen idea as I use a laptop (fairly big) and don't have a tablet. It is in effect two phone size. Maybe an older I phone size twice. It is not easy in my back pocket, if I don't wear a belt it pulls my jeans down. (Builders bum on a man is bad enough....) Took a bit of getting used to, has more quick cuts than my old S6. Overall I think it's not bad, the big screen that behaves like a tiny tablet is useful for watching videos and editing photos etc.
