Be sure the cap is securely in place. The 2 prongs in the cap fit exactly into the 2 holes of the syringe. Tighten it by twisting it shut, so it's airtight. Yes. You can use the pro concealer first for color correction and then the scar concealer on top. Make sure to get the full kit as you will need the application tools for the scar concealer to work. Is this for only one application?

One tube depends how big the scar is, my surgical scar is down the whole length of my nose and pretty wide so I need to use more, and one tube is good for about 5 to 6 applications. You have to get the whole kit, not just the tube. Takes alot of practice to get it right so be patient, Its worth it, changed my life. Hope this helps.
