It's oil base
Never knew it was an oil base to me that's a plus cause I love to use anything that has oil at night as pee my dry skin and ac at night

I thought I'd give this a try for the chicken fox scars on my back but I got carried away and starting rubbing it all over my keratosis pilaris on thighs and arms one night and slept with it on. Surprisingly the bumps have diminished and less visible after 1 use. I honesty didn't have any expectations for this brand but im so happy that I bought this.
