Are these bitters alcohol free?

I've got 5 bottles of Fee Brothers bitters in my kitchen, and none of them have any alcohol in their ingredient listings nor any ABV markings on the bottles. That's opposed to every other bottle of bitters I have, all of which have alcohol listed in the ingredients and an ABV listing on the bottle. I'd say there's every indication that Fee Brothers' bitters are alcohol-free.

how can it say 5 ounces on the bottle and 4 ounces twice in the description?

Honestly, I think it comes from an old restrictions that Amazon had, which said that you couldn't sell anything through their Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) system that was in a glass container and over 4 oz. So sellers would say that the bottle was 4 ounces instead of what it actually is so they weren't seen as breaking the rules. These bottles are 5 oz.
