I'm trying to get away from heat styling, how is this product with air drying?

I agree I CANNOT heat style either. My hair is too fine. Air drying is fine and will boost your volume still. My tips: Gently towel dry as best you can, comb backward/upward GENTLY and wrap hair is towel for a few...allow to air dry and comb through GENTLY in upwards directions or yes it will get stiff. If you brush it will look natural but you will have to play with the amount.

Which works better? The volumizing spray or foam?

Normally I like the spray better because it isn’t sticky like the foam but this kind didn’t do much for volumizing my hair.

Is the Air Whipped Foam sticky?

It's not sticky. It's very light. If you let your hair air dry then it will get a bit crusty as will happen with all mousses.

Magic in a bottle

I have used many volume boosters and this is number 1. It doesnt leave any cast , doesnt give rock hard curls , doesnt have a weird smell , it just give a full volume without anything to complain about. Love this
