Great product does exactly what is stated. The one wth zero flavor mixes well with Gatorade no clumping. Zero.side effects no stomach upset drinking on a empty stomach. Again whatever the company has written about this product is exact .Great pre workout without the caffeine. I Will definitely order again . It also comes with a measuring scoop inside which is a plus cause many dont . Also the price is good

I find this makes a heavy lift session night and day better when used prior to. I mix it in with my preworkout and drink it on the way to the gym. A little pricier but to be quite honest this Is the one carbohydrate brand I don't mind spending on because of how noticeably well it actually works. 10/10, and the flavorless is my favorite due to all the other powders I mix in having their own flavors, so one less adding to it is my personal preference.
