Functions well.

Purchased as a gift for my dad. This is a great 1/4" ratchet binder. Smooth one-handed operation (brand new) and very well built. Not something you will find at Tractor Supply. I have a 1/4" binder from TS. My dad loves it because it's lightweight as compared to a 3/8 binder, and it works. The ratchet on the TS binder is a little clunky though. I have been using it for several years and you still have to keep one hand on the tube until the chain starts to stretch. Doesn't look like it's going to break in any better.

I have not used this product yet. But it is well built and will serve the purpose if and went I need it.
