This is only gel pad that stays cooler more than 20 minutes compared to other product.

Within 2 days the gel leaked out from the corners of the packet

The cool pack is defective piece. Blue gel is oozing out from the pack. Hence this item is of no use to me. Kindly make necessary arrangement to return/replace the item immediately. I am an old man of 78 and need this item urgently.
