Wiha 96315 Precision Hex Metric Screwdriver, 1.5 x 50mm

3D printers and many other tech devices are filled with small hex-head screws. When working with them in large number (as with INEVITABLE 3D repair/service) this type of driver is necessary equipment! A MAJOR advantage above a hex key is the relative ease of controlling torque. Not only does it give better feedback but you are far less likely to over-tighten. The fit is perfect and the steel [looks] good and strong. The cap at the end of the handle swivels allowing precise control as you twirl the driver with your fingers using your palm for support as tool rotates around the end cap. This is the EXACT tool I sought yet it was not particularly easy to find. You should NOT in my opinion order or use “ball end” hex wrenches of the type supplied by Bambu. I believe this supplier offers ball-end option but if you are working with something like a 3d printer then I vociferously suggest straight ends as the ball ends are there to aid anxious people during the initial assembly process..

I needed a second 1.5 driver to disassemble my bent helocopter feathering shaft. The hex bolts were super tight and I thought this driver would break. It didn't. These drivers are tough and fit snug in the hex bolts. The handles aren't knurelled like those aluminum ones but work well even though they're plastic. I'm pretty sure the hardened tips are magnetic too. That helps a lot.

This hex driver looks to be good quality. Its exactly what I needed for a project. The price was good for what you get

Perfect tool to tighten an Allen head screw

Wiha makes the best drivers. Quality materials to last a lifetime. I use this 1.5mm hex for adjusting guitar bridge saddles.
