Overall I think great earphones for the price. I've purchased a few of soundpeats products and have always been impressed and this is no different. It's packed with features, which some more expensive products don't even have. From the packaging to the marketing material to the actual earphones and case, it's all very good.The case itself is about 3 inches by 2 inches by 1.5 inchs deep. Convenient size to still be able to put in my pocket along with my wallet. I definitely think soundpeats could reduce the height of it though as there seems to be plenty of room in there to do that.The case holds a battery which charges the earphones whenever they are docked. The manual says the earphones last on average 7 hours with the case providing an additional 2 charges (hence the 21 hours play time) and I have no reason to doubt that. It also comes with a USB c charging cable (15cm which is a fiver on its own) which can be plugged into a usb charger. The case can always be charged using a wireless charging pad which I think is staggering feature for the price. Upon opning the case the earphones turn on and automatically pair. This has worked reliably so far.I would describe myself as a casual listener so to my untrained ears these earphones seem fairly treble happy. Theres quite a thumping base their but not much of a middle range to balance out that treble. For the price I still think the sound quality is more than adequate though. As always sound is very subjective.One very important thing to note is that the fit is VERY important. The earphones initially came with the medium size tips which seemed like a good fit however I tried the large tips and the fit was even better, but most importantly for me was the sound quality quite noticeably improved, so it's worth trial and erroring it. Absolutely no worries about the earphones falling out whilst running, rock solid in my ears.Operating the earphones are pretty easy with a touch control. Which again is a great feature I think for a product at this price point. The manual gives various gestures which can be used to operate. The touch control works for me 9/10 times. These in-ears are an absolute STEAL for the price. As a busy young professional, I wanted something portable enough to use for Teams/Zoom/Skype calling, listen to general podcasts and music.The earphones arrived in neat packaging, inside a high-quality matt case. After removing the wrappers, I was granted with helpful indicators that show battery life of the buds and case.As I have small ear canals, I was surprisingly amazed at how well the attached ear tips fitted in my ear! They felt very snug, secure and creates a good seal (which hold up well as I went running with these in my local park).The touch control gestures, are surely seamless and so easy to understand! Being able to pause, skip, previous, accept calls with touch taps is a blessing! I no longer must take my phone out of my pocket (as it is awfully big, Mi Max 2) for these tasks.Regarding microphone quality on calls, I must say it is excellent! Each in ear has four microphones! When I am calling friends, whilst walking on the roads next to traffic or in busy places, my voice is very clear as I believe the other microphones minimise environmental sound disruptions. Mics sound just as good for WhatsApp/Microsoft Teams/Skype etc.Regarding sound quality, these in-ears pack a powerful punch of bass! As I listen to EDM and Drum & Bass the in-ears accommodate well for this – the bass is strong enough however the mids and the highs come through quite nicely for vocal aspects.I have no issues with battery life, I keep the buds at 60-70% volume and have no issues wearing them for 3-4 hours per session of use. I do believe the battery life can last 6hrs + on a single charge.To conclude, this is a sound, solid and stable purchase, you are getting a lot of “bang for your buck” – I wholeheartedly recommend these.

I managed to pair them up with my tablet after a few struggles. Then I achieved their pair up with a smart TV (I was not sure it was possible but I did it as an experiment and it worked) and then with a mobile phone. But to use them with the TV again I had to pair them up again via TV software, it was not automatic for some reason, not sure whether it was the TV software thing or the phones that they were connected to a different device in between. When using the same device repeatedly the pairing is straightforward.Regarding the sound quality, the spoken word is very crisp and clear, great for learning languages or listening to the news. I hoped I would enjoy music as I walk on the street but I was disappointed the bass was nowhere near I have had with my wired headphones. The sound was pretty flat. Manipulating the angle or contracting muscles around my ears (not everyone can do it), enhanced the bass sound a bit but I cannot hold it like this forever, so something isn't quite right with these headphones. I tried all three silicone attachment sizes, all seem to have the issue. Not sure whether someone could help with this. I tried to swap the sides, not working better. I used various angles of the extension, not better. The bass sound just does not come naturally.
