You have to buy a connector for the tow rope
The tube is fine but be careful because you have to buy a connector rope to connect the tube to the tow rope. This wasn’t something I was aware of when I bought it and was not convenient to figure out once I had the kids ready to go and the tube on the boat.

Great product and so much fun!
Excellent Product! It actually delivered what it promised. A durable exterior and thick interior inflatable. Aa you can see we had three teen girls whipping around Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach and the Thriller was a total thrill. Love it!

Tube handles fall apart with less than 4 months of use
Had this tube for less than one season ( in New England which is barely 4 months) and the handles and seems frayed! Contacted warranty support and they denied my claim indicating it was normal wear and tear. Over $600 for 4 months of use is ridiculous!In addition, we had to patch the tube once and the patch kit they include doesn't even hold. Had to use a patch kit provided by a different manufacturer.

DO NOT PURCHASE
The only reason why i am giving this tube a 2 star rating because i was able to enjoy it for a little while. I used it probably about 3-5 times and 2 times a puncture would appear in the inner tube, i was able to patch those holes but they would somehow still allow air to pass. That's even with 2 industrial patches. Overall the customer service for their warranty is practically non-existent, so after they take your money. You're on your own, that is also why i decided to rate this product 2 stars. Spend the extra $50-70 bucks for a more reliable brand, trust me its worth it in the end when you're out having a good family boat day and this pathetic tube pops, its a huge damper on you're planned fun day.

Great value, great fun, good size
Very good tube for the money!! Feels super durable, we’ve used a few times so far, and it’s holding up well, feels thick. Made for 2, though you could prob get a 3rd person on it. I’m glad I ordered this size, it’s a good fit for the pontoon without being way too cumbersome. Happy w the purchase!

Great fun on the water.
Very well built product, nice zipper enclosed filler and drain, smooth all over, no injuries or blisters. Only thing is cannot get on it when in the water, have to pull it to boat to get on but not a problem, kids love it. Did 2 kids side by side about 150 lbs total with no issues. Submarining was only because kids were too far forward. Nice hand holds, I think they would have been on it all day if we let them. I recommend a good tow rope too.Also- don’t forget back of legs sunscreen!

Worst Towable Water Tube You Can Buy!!
Bought this tube in July 2020, put it in water approx 2 1/2 weeks later and used about 2 hours towing kids around, stored on my boat under the bimini top, away from sun. When I went to remove it to store for winter months, and lifted it by the grab handles, they completely disintegrated into powder and the styrofoam fell out. Nothing wrong with the main part of tube, still in great shape, but the handles used to hold onto while towing were garbage and made with some very inferior product. Manufacturer said there was a one year replacement warranty but Amazon was the Seller and would have to do it, Amazons policy was that I had to pay a restocking charge of appprox 54.00. But a very nice lady at Amazon gave me a 50.00 gift card to offset my loss. Moral of the story: DO NOT BUY FROM WOW WATERSPORTS OR THEIR PRODUCTS. ( they have now reduced this same product from 220.00 down to 100.00 trying to unload their JUNK!!!)
