The sign was good quality, and overall a nice sign. The problem was the sign was packaged in a plastic bag along with a heavy folded shirt by Amazon and arrived bent. The replacement arrived very quickly, once again in a plastic shipping bag, but at least no thing else in the bag and arrived in good shape.
