I own a shure wireless that was around £500. I have been using it for several years and when it finally gave up the ghost I was at sea. I had purchased this unit for use around the house based on it's small price tag. I used it as an emergency to tide me over. I was surprised at it's reliability and the quality of the digital converter at both ends. Very clean sound. I should mention that I was doing solo work so I don't have any experience dealing with the unit in a situation where there are multiple wireless units being used, but for my application it worked quite amazingly. I used mine every night for 3 hours and only charged it every second night. The onboard battery does not appear to be replaceable, but at the price point, you can just get another one. I have been using mine for about 5 months and have seen no deterioration on the battery life. It's the ideal introduction to the world of wireless.
