I've been using Estrace cream for years. I buy the disposable applicators and lately they have been cutting me. Obviously, if you need an estradiol cream, you need a gentle applicator. I have tried every disposable applicator brand Amazon has to offer and they are all the same - very sharp uncomfortable edges. The ones that come with the cream aren't too bad, but they only give you one. By some sheer chance of luck in my searching, I came across this brand, and it is wonderful! It is shaped like a tampon applicator, so it is completely rounded on the end with absolutely no discomfort or sharp edges at all. You just have to pop out the plunger, insert how much cream you have to use, replace the plunger and that's it. The only negative thing about this product is that there are no markings to show you how much to use. But after so many years of using the estradiol cream, it's pretty easy to figure it out. I recommend this product for any woman who has any discomfort using a typical applicator.

My prescribed medication came with an applicator but the blunt edge was very uncomfortable to insert. I wanted something that more closely mirrored the size and shape of my tampons and found these. In terms of the rounded edge, it made a huge difference with insertion. The downside to these applicators is they don't have measurements on them and can be more difficult to clean with the rounded shape. But if painful insertion is your primary concern (as it was mine), I would give these a try!

The product did NOT come individually wrapped , as stated it would ! Not hygiene- just thrown in one bag that wasn’t sealed shut ! Besides that , the opening was extremely small - too small for cream to come out completely - sorry I didn’t take a picture of it! I did like the rounded edge though - too bad they didn’t fix the other problems because it would have been a great product!

The applicators that come with almost all vaginal products are sharp and hurt for any woman who has any dryness or vaginal atrophy. That's what this is for, so amazing that Replens can't provide this simple comfort. ALSO THESE ARE REUSABLE. Don't get sucked into the throw-away myth. They are easily washed and reused. Let's reduce our use of plastics.

Love the smooth tip. Doesn’t scratch or hurt, unlike regular applicators with edges. Slides in easy. Perfect for sensitive or gentle/dry skin. You need to get a hang of squeezing the ointment in though, by pulling the plunger at the same time.

I have purchased this product a couple of times in the past. Very wonderful product for its intended purpose. Each time, each syringe was put together and individually wrapped. The last two orders that I received, however, the syringes were not put together, nor were they individually wrapped. Everything was just thrown in the plastic bag and shipped out. Ordinary, I would not really complain. However, this item is used for a very personal and discreet purpose. More care should be taken to ensure better sanitary and hygienic conditions.

The shape is better and makes it easy to apply cream. I found them later in bulk but not packaged separately as these are.
