Good product. Just be sure to soak them well and they become pliable. Held up well in the smoker. I will purchase these again.

I get these salami casings every year and they never fail. They always are perfect for creating my own wild game salami whether I’m doing jalapeño or summer sausage or whatever these Fibrous casings are perfect get you some.

Works great holds in moisture well. I had some extra meat and jammed it into the last one it stretched but didn't burst. So overall good quality I use hog rings to seal mine and it works well.
