this brand of vitamin is good, but it is their release of pills for pregnant women that they are not successful. I didn't know this and bought it. The tablets are too large and difficult to swallow. it's even scary for life. too big capsule. why did they make such a big capsule? this is a very big minus, unfortunately I throw away these vitamins, I have to drink them. why do you have small pills in other jars, but for pregnant women they are so huge. the main thing is that you created such a small jar, but a huge pill. for a woman it's hard to drink
