I purchased this blue velvet to use as a Christmas tree skirt under my Victorian tree. I love it. The fabric is a luxurious, soft velvet in a rich, navy blue color. The material is medium weight, has some stretch to it, and lays with beautiful soft waves and curves under the tree. Exactly what I wanted. The 2 yards of material was reasonably priced… especially when compared to a tree skirt or collar of the same quality. 2 yards is perfect for nice covering under the 9 ft tree: I have received many compliments and people commenting on using a nice fabric for that purpose. I highly recommend this brand and the prompt reliable shipping of Amazon prime.

I had bought my daughter a cool antique channel back bedroom chair many years ago (picture 1). She asked me to re-upholster the chair in green velvet for her as a Christmas present. I researched green velvet fabric prices. My traditional fabric shops were wildly expensive for their velvet. Decided to try Amazon. As I sew, I researched the reviews very carefully to see if the weight and quality were sufficient for upholstery. I settled on this company and bought extra yardage in case I goofed (never upholstered a chair before). All I can say is, “Thank goodness I found an instructional video on how to upholster a channel back chair online”! The fabric was great. I washed it first on the handwashing cycle and line dried it. The color is rich hunter green, stretchy enough to pull tight around edges. I put 2 layers of velvet on the seat part as that will get the most wear. I had to use the old fabric as a pattern to use for the back of the chair. The velvet was easy to cut and work with on my sewing machine. This was the hardest project I have ever undertaken and it came out great!! The fabric is beautiful, sturdy, colorfast, and the price was reasonable. My daughter was so excited to get her Christmas gift…and I was sad to have to return it, haha!!

My use for this was a bit unusual - I made a padded shelf for cameras and lenses. Worked fine and looks great. Easy to cut to shape.

10/10 would recommend. Perfect for my Halloween costume. Fabric is heavy and not cheap, but it does stretch nicely. Easy to sew.

I used this Velvet Fabric to make a Juicy-inspired tracksuit and it was exactly what I was looking for! The fabric is super soft with great stretch and feels really luxe. The light blue color was absolutely stunning and perfect for my project. I did order the “Candy Pink” color as well, but it was more neon pink than bright pink, so I returned it due to color preference. Overall, I love this fabric and will definitely be buying more! 🩵✨
