Didn't receive invoice and hard to contact.
First of all, I had no issues with the product, but what made me disappointed, that the item arrived with out invoice& its hard to contact you guys.. I need the invoice ASAP.. Thanks

Good,use for kitchen like kitchen aid, Kenwood and Delonghi espresso ,but it could be used for other purpose.Share with friends ,we all own kitchen equipment and price was ok. Thanks

So glad I got this. I had to take my super automatic coffee maker in to get worked on and discovered that some of the issues were related to the brew unit sticking. I was unaware that I was supposed to be applying a lubricant to the brew unit when I cleaned it. After one application, the machine is working so much better! The coffee tastes better because the grounds are being tamped properly - and there is no flavor or smell to the lubricant. Cleaning brew unit and emptying dump tray is much cleaner/easier process too because grounds are being tamped and dumped properly. The tubes are HUGE and I don't anticipate going through them any time soon - my guess is that one tube will last the lifetime of this machine. Fortunately, I have relatives with super automatic machines, so I will be sharing the other tubes with them.
