I bought one of these products but it came without spatulas

Hi. My Boska "raclette" machine came with the two spatulas pictured. Any spatula that fits could be used, maybe wooden or plastic best. Otherwise, I would ask for a replacement.

Can I adjust the fire？

The electrical heating unit cannot be adjusted. Once the raclette cheese (1/4 " thick) is placed in the individual tray and placed under the heat source, one needs to watch it until it melts to your liking and then just pour it from the tray over potatoes, bread, vegetables, etc. The cheese tray is easy clean up
