The blanched Almond Flour has a nice smooth sweet taste, but the coarser Almond Meal adds another depth to the baking and a little bit more of a nutty taste. I'm always experimenting on recipes. My Almond Cookies now taste PERFECT! It's always been traditional to put an almond in the center of your almond cookies. Call me a Rebel, but I put 3 on a cookie, in a fan pattern.
