Review: Great Stuff! - I've got all kinds of hair dressings in my bathroom, all better known than this one. This one puts them all to shame. First, it spreads better than anything I've tried. It gives hair weight, hold, and glory be, it doesn't make your hair, stiff, waxy or feeling full of goo. Makes it far easier to get your hair to the shapes you want it to look. Smells great and makes your hair feel natural (try to get that from most products). So, at that it's not a super holder. It does provide good hold, and you can always spray it for those windy days. Price is good, well worth the 10 bucks I paid.
Review: Works surprisingly well… - I have type 4 hair, really 4a. I didn’t really see reviews on anyone beyond straight/wavy hair from what I remember. I wasn’t sure about it at first when I initially applied it because I like for products to define my hair. It’s an indicator that my hair likes it. After working it in quite a bit my hair soaked it up and it looked great. I did use a lot of product but that’s not unusual for deep conditioning. My hair felt SO soft after rinsing it out. It was odd how my hair almost felt damp after immediate rinsing though. I’d been struggling with my hair feeling more dry lately. It felt so soft and bouncy, back to how it was at a certain point. My hair isnt damaged but it did give it a good reboot. It’s also kind of watery which is why the instructions say use it on damp hair more than likely. Probably cutting corners with the quality but it still worked. It smells like an old school black beauty supply store lol. I would take off half a star if I could because it did take a while for it work into my hair and I might only get 4 more usages. My hair is pretty thick and mid back length. I would still recommend it

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Learning curve, but good product

I'm not an expert by any means (I'm a boomer). When it comes to hair product, I've been using a clear hair gel for probably a dozen years and was satisfied with it. When my hair gel ran out this time, I didn't really have the time to go out and buy something at a drugstore, so I went on Amazon. I didn't see the jail product that I've been using for several years, so I decided to try something new. I like the smell of tea tree oil. So I picked this product. Note that this is a cream. So after about a week of trial and error, with always getting too much in my hair, I finally found the sweet spot and I'm using just enough to not have white streaks in my hair. I'm satisfied now. It's not quite as easy for me to use as a gel, which is why I rated it four stars. I would have given it four and a half stars if that was an option. But it smells good and it works and it lasts throughout the day.
