I am athletic and can break out at times. I use this product to help my skin. So far it is working just as expected and for a way better price than some expensive, pay for the name type supplements. The capsules are nice and small as far as this vitamin goes. The company is very responsive and helpful as well.

I did a lot of research on the Brand to go with when selecting a quality B5 supplement and this one does not disappoint. They capsules are palpable and easy to swallow. I have only been taking them for a short time and have not experienced any stomach upset or other potential side effects when taking additional vitamin supplements. Micronutrients seems to have a good reputation. Overall, very pleased. I am now looking at other products they have available too.

I've used a B5 Supplement before as a skin vitamin. Then I went off for a period of time and I started to get a number of skin scabs of various types, all I was told by my doctor not a major concern. I order this product and within 10-days I could see improvement. The speed of improvement speaks well of the quality of this supplement. I highly recommend it based upon its packaging, price, quality and ease of use.

My daughter had horrible side effects from Accutane though it did work effectively to clear her skin. When my son developed severe acne I wanted to avoid Accutane use and found the Leung B5 protocol. I also read about the modified protocol that did not require as much B5 intake. It has been working very well for my teen son. His acne is almost completely clear and his hair is also not nearly as greasy as before. What he takes is ( 4) b5/pantothenic acid, (1) L-carnitine, and I also added (1) L-cysteine because it is good for liver methylation and figured that may help as well. Before his face, back, chest, and neck were covered in acne and I was worried it would scar his beautiful skin. Now its mostly cleared up and thankfully no scars.

This is great! It’s the most cost effective!! I’ve been using B5 for awhile so I can’t talk about initial feeling but this is by far the most cost effective I’ve found! If you’re using B5 give it a try!
