After 3 days of using the stool became green color which means that the iron is not absorbed. Had to finish taking it

Very effective at raising my hemoglobin and ferritin numbers during pregnancy. I always take it with a liposomal vitamin c and never have to worry about constipation. Smells like an iron supplement but it’s not too strong and can be swallowed easily.

I’ve been taking these tablets for about three weeks. I’m not sure yet how much they increase iron levels, but there’s one downside — the tablets are very large and a bit hard to swallow, they tend to get stuck in the throat. Also, after taking them, your urine becomes bright yellow. If you have trouble swallowing big pills, keep that in mind.

Love this iron supplement! My iron has improved tremendously. 10/10
