Why did you pick this product vs others?: Prior use

At the time of me writing this review, we are in the midst of a harsh Midwestern winter and at such times, the air is very dry and a severe sore throat is an ongoing source of aggravation. Over the years, I’ve tried many types of lozenges and couch drops, some honey flavored, but until recently, I had never had any made from real, actual honey. Several months ago I ordered some Berringa lozenges in a different flavor (blueberry cinnamon) and loved them. Thus, I decided to give the classic Honey & Menthol flavor a try this time. The lozenges are individually sealed and are contained in a plastic pouch with a ziplock closure. Each lozenge is around an inch in diameter. Upon trying one of these lozenges, the first thing that struck me was just how up-front the honey taste was. These things, despite containing only 10% manuka honey, taste like pure honey. The menthol is pretty subtle but does seem to alleviate a bit of stuffiness in my breathing. As expected, the lozenges provide a bit of temporary soothing of my throat but that lasts until the lozenge completely dissolves. Positives 1. Lozenges are delicious and effective - they taste exactly like honey 2. Each lozenge is individually wrapped 3. Bag is resealable 4. Made in Australia with actual MGO 900+ honey 5. Product is fresh - received 1.5 years before expiration date Negatives: none Overall, I’m glad I ordered these lozenges and I think they are a great product. The honey flavor is intense and simply wonderful, and they also provide much-needed relief to my scratchy throat.
