The parts assembly is easy. The mop heats up quickly and the steam spray is useful. It clears some stains really well. Other stains not so good. With most of the floor cleaning ok (for example better than a Flash mop). The detachable accessories are useful for other surfaces, or other uses. But also make the whole mop a little heavy which makes me less likely to pull it out and use it (compared to a Flash mop). But once heated, the mop slides easily. The mop feels sturdy but the price is expensive.

What a horrible thing this is. The fact that it won't stand upright on its own is ridiculous. You can't even prop it against anything because the swivel head offers no support. I just smashed a glass lamp, the thing just keels over. Put it in a broom cupboard, open the door, it falls out. The steam blaster mode worked for a short time. One mop, using for a second time and now doesn't seem to work at all. Everything is at a very low level, all the buttons, reservoir etc. You have to kneel down to do almost eveything. Whilst it does clean, the design is ridiculous. There are five attachments, one which doesn't actually fit on anything? I googled it and apparently it's not needed for my model. What a waste? Why include it? Lump of useless plastic in the bin! I can't see my relationship with this piece of equipment lasting. Shark - could do better! Gets three stars for cleaning. Usability is dreadful.

Well made and works well. A little expensive

Bought it on a sale and love it. I’m a bloke so not really into cleaning usually lol but this does a great job cleaning hardwood floors. Def recommend this model with is a bit more expensive, because you can pop it off to clean walls, doors etc

Good quality and easy to use also the steam cleaner is great
