I had pain in my gut for about 5 years which got progressively worse. Even staying on a diet that was free of dairy, gluten, grains, sugar, fruit, and pork did not help. When I added 2 of BPP tablets to each meal, a week later, the pain finally resolved. And now I can even cheat a little on the diet :) I don't know how long I will have to use this, but I really don't mind. Also: I say the gut issues are resolved "almost" completely because diet some bigger cheats (gluten+ice cream, etc.) still causes the pain to recur. But I am happy because it feels awesome to be free of the pain for the most part!
