Review: UPDATE AFTER A FULL YEAR OF USAGE: Does not really work. I would still plug it in because I was desperate for anything to work.. even bought refills but honestly it never worked. :( I will update this review after a few more weeks of usage, however I’ll briefly describe the experience thus far (4 days into having the diffuser plugged in.) The package came in perfect condition with every piece included so no complaints there. When I plugged it in, per other review’s complaints, I checked to make sure it wasn’t getting too hot or burning. It wasn’t so all good on the burning/too hot issue! I cannot smell it at all. My dog (15 month old lab mix) seems to like it, or at least doesn’t mind it. He goes in his crate a lot recently (I plugged it in right next to his crate for calming reasons.) I will hopefully have good things to review in a few weeks but it came just as expected with no problems so far. I also use Zesty’s calming bites, Thundershirt, and an organic calming spray for dogs.

It’s supposed to be odourless but it smells burnt and smokes quite a bit! Turned out that it is really burnt. Not safe for use at all!!
