Ok I have been battling with hormonal acne never really dealt with it before after using this for a week I can see a difference in my skin. My hormonal acne is starting to clear up. So happy!! & cant beat the price!

This worked well for both my teenage boys who suffered with minor breakouts for the last few years. Results were noticeable and fast, within a week. They took it everyday initially, but now do every other day and still have great results. Ordering my second bottle.

When I started using this product, I was at my wit's end with my hormonal acne. This saved my face and my sanity! It's a little difficult to swallow, and you should definitely take it immediately after consuming a meal (the nausea is not cute), but just one a day (half a serving size, according to the bottle) solved my issues. This is not for cystic acne, as it says in the product description, but if you have tried all the creams, serums, and scrubs to get rid of acne on your face and want to see if you can get rid of it before trying Accutane, PLEASE take a chance on this one. It's dirt cheap and all you have to do is wait a few days for it to work. It obviously doesn't get rid of any redness, but combined with a good skin care routine this product will work wonders. Only symptom I have noticed is nausea if I don't have enough food/water in my tummy to help digest it. Otherwise, no changes have occurred internally. Compared to how much Accutane dries you out, I don't think it gets any better.

May very well work for skin but be careful!! Excess zinc can cause hair thinning and premature grey hair. I noticed this and I’m only 22.. so I immediately stopped taking it. Do your research! This level is very well over the recommended daily intake.
