What’s the best “waterline” (inner edge) eyeliner? Experts?

I have found Maybelline’s tatoo studio to work the best. I wear contact lenses so it is hard to find an eyeliner that does not dirty my contacts. These tatoo studio pencils work great and you cannot beat the price! Hope this was helpful to you!!!!

You use a pencil sharpener to lengthen it? Isnt the top part plastic?? I'm confused.

Hey There! This pencil is a sharpenable pencil. To properly use the Tattoo Studio Gel Eye liner, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. The pencil should be sharpened frequently so that 3 or 4 gentle turns are sufficient to achieve the desired result. The Dual Sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. We hope you find this information helpful!

Is this supposed to twist up? If so, how? If not, it has less than one week use.

It doesn’t twist. You sharpen it like other eyeliner pencils.

I bought this gel eye liner and like it very much however I cannot sharpen it. Please advise.

Es muy buen producto pero me preguntaba lo mismo que varias personas, como sacarle punta, debes destaparlo de la parte de abajo y hay un espacio para meter algo delgado y empujar, yo use un cotonete, eso hace que empujes la punta y entonces ya puedes sacarle punta, es un mal diseño pero asi es como logras sacarle punta
