I've tried other brands but find that Sunfood's goji berries are softer and easier to chew. Goji berries is an ancient plant used in traditional chinese medicine, as well as around the world. It has a sweet, tangy flavor, and is quite versatile. I usually just chew on a handful throughout the day, but beware that it is considered a "warm" element in TCM. Therefore, probably not the best to overindulge on really hot day.
