For the price, this is an incredible product. No, not every single foramen is clearly cast, the internal and external acoustic meatus do not communicate, the pterygopalatine fossa is not visible, etc. But short of buying $500 anatomy lab quality model, this is perfect for home use. I took a weekend and added labels and traced out major arteries and sinuses-- there is sufficient detail to do this.

So many inaccuracies and wrong labeling! Number 50 is hypogloss canal ????? Really??!!! The biggest opening in the base of the skull is hypoglossal??!!!!! So disappointed!

I needed this for my A&P I class and future dental classes. It’s a good value for the price, and is mostly accurate according to my prof when she looked over it. Helped me review before exams successfully.The only problem I have with this is I wish it was easier to detach the mandible without feeling like I was breaking the whole skull. Also, some of the plastic wasn’t filed down since this is a cheaper/affordable model and had some frayed plastic sticking up. Other than that, it’s a good affordable model. I’d recommend if you’re on a budget.
