I have a lot of Elgato products and overall they all leave something to be desired. The arm is super high in its lowest position. The screw to mount a camera is at 52cm. It is extendable, so why not have it be short and get longer? It can extend a lot but who would mount it on the desk to have it go that high? Even standing in front of the desk, it goes up way to high. All the other arms are a bit of a rip-off. Any other company would have put them all in one package and sold them for a slightly lower price. The other issue, why call it a multi mount? It can only mount one thing at a time. A true multi mount would be able to attach more than one arm to it, this one can attach multi arms in a chain, but not in parallel, meaning it can't hold a camera straight and a light on the side or something like that. Lots of marketing, slightly overpriced but an absolutely solidly built product.
