A: Yea definitely. Just start off big and trim it down to perfect fitment.

A: No. You’ll want to get heal cups.

**Q: So i’m on my feet for 8 hours on cement floors about 5-6 days a week. would you recommend these for my feet? i get home & i’m crying cause they hurt**
A: I brought these trying to find something comfortable, soft, and with low arch as I'm flat footed. These gave me all of that! I work at a desk from 9-5, but walk a couple miles most days while I work. And I work a part time for a few hours in evening on my feet and from what I have experienced, this will be my go to insole from now on.

I bought these for my size 13 shoes, and they fit perfectly with just a tiny bit of trimming. I walk a consistent 10,000 steps every single day for work and daily exercise, and these have made a massive difference. The arch support and heel cushioning are excellent, and my feet no longer feel fatigued or sore by the end of the day. Highly recommend if you are on your feet a lot!
