I bought one of these a couple of years ago and it has been completely fine, and does a great job of bringing flour and water together into a dough. For smaller, weaker people like me it's best to stick to smaller loaf quantities but this will handle a 750g or even a 1000g dough mix if you have the strength. I bought another recently but it arrived broken, the metal whisk part and handle were not attached. It was bought as a gift and I didn't have the time to return it and wait for a replacement. I completely understand that things can go wrong in the manufacturing and packaging processes - there was absolutely no trouble to return it for a full refund. I would still recommend this whisk especially if you like hand mixing and want to keep messy fingers to a minimum.
