Love this recipe book! It is amazing. Gives me the most creative and fun ways to eat a hearty sweet potato.

If you want a cookbook that fixates on various uses of sweet potatoes, this is it. So many of the recipes are something I would try and aren't some weird mash up of exotic ingredients. I have tried a few already and love the highland potato casserole

Has a lot of very interesting recipes. It will take a long time to try all of them. The only drawback to the book is a total lack of pictures (both black and white & color).

I LOVE sweet potatoes! This book has many more different recipes than the traditional "candied sweet potatoes" recipe served for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sweet potatoes are a much more versatile vegetable than we thought, is available all year around, and is a healthy addition to most meals. very sweet sweet potatoe recipes, I do hope to try several. although I just love the sweet potatoe and or yams just as they come to us from nature's own soil. YUM!!!!

I am nuts for sweet taters! EXCEPT at Thanksgiving when they are tarted up like Dolly Parton. Give me a plain Sweet Tater Pie any day over pumpkin. Let me luxuriate in soft fluffs of Sweet Tater biscuits or cinnamon rolls! Or Stuffed Jalapeños & Sweet Taters in Bacon Strips. Buy this cookbook and git crackin!

I have not made any of the recipes yet. Looked thru the book and found some that I plan on starting to make on a few week. My dear husband just harvested a wheel barrel full of sweet potatoes. Oh my is this book going to come in handy .

This is a very nice cookbook. I LOVE SWEETPOTATOES.Many interesting recipes to try! If you eat sweetpotatoes get one!
