Q: Can this power 4 unifi ac pros?

No. ER6P supports only Passive PoE (24v), whereas AC PRO support only 802.3af PoE/802.3at PoE+. You can use AC LR instead.

Q: Is this device capable to drive a 1gb wan line without loosing performance?

If you're asking this question then most likely you know about network, so I'm not going to go in to detail. In summary yes this device is capable of driving a 1Gb WAN, just need to make sure hardware offloading is on and unnecessary functions turned off, like DPI etc.

Q: Does this come with hardware for rack mounting?

Not rack mounting, but it has wholes on one side and it comes with special screws so you can easily mount it to the wall.

Q: can you Aggregate Links on this model?

The Ubiquiti routers' OS is Linux with Debian-like package management. I'm not sure the context in which you're using the term "aggregate", but the Linux kernel can do port bridging and/or LAG (802.1ad), which means that the Ubiquiti EdgeRouter can as well. Off the top of my head, it may or may not be something directly available in the web GUI, but it can definitely be done by SSHing into the command line.
