Considering they are both organic and fermented, you are giving yourself food that is not only good for you but BETTER for YOU! The taste is wonderful. Of course, if you are expecting these to taste like chocolate candy, there may be an adjustment. However, the ability to use the benefits of chocolate in everything from oatmeal to baked goods will bring a smile to your face. Their crunchy texture and pop of flavor give my trail mix an added zing. A little goes a long way, so this bag is a tremendous value. Glad I gave them a try.

The best quality and quantity, best brand of seeking cacao, has me feeling amazing, I love the taste as a dark chocolate lover, mix in with trail mix. It's a wonderful super food and helps open and keep your 3rd eye clear

I was looking to purchase roasted, fermented cacao beans to use to enhance cold brew coffee and somehow thought this product was meant for that use. It smells fantastic, and no doubt is fantastic, but don’t make the mistake that I did and buy it to grind for cold brew. I’ll use it for other things (cold brew isn’t among the uses they list, lol!).

Perfect cacao nibs, except for limited availability.

Bought the nibs. I stir these into my vanilla greek yogurt. If i close one eye and pretend a little, the combo tastes like chocolate chip ice cream. Have also tried it with strawberry yogurt. Probably would be good in baked goods, too - thinking banana nut bread, pancakes, etc .

This product was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t have expectations but I have been putting it in my yogurt and it’s a nice crunchy bit with that hint of chocolate type flavor but with out the bad ; only the good. I feel like I’m doing right by getting the benefits and by my blood sugar and it tastes great with a good Greek yogurt.
