Taurine 1000mg, 400 Capsules

I don’t feel too tired after doing exercises after days without doing exercise

Taurine is a workhorse in our bodies but we are mediocre at synthesizing it. One thing it is critical for is vision. Well, taurine made a huge and unexpected benefit to my eyes. Currently take 2 grams when I wake up and another 1 gram later in the day. I used to get eyestrain and blurry eyes by the end of the day working on computers. Since taking taurine I can be on computers for 15 to 20 hours just fine without issues with my eyes. But, you can't take it near the time of taking beta-alanine or TMG. As they competitively inhibit taurine on the taurine transport. Was taking all 3 together twice a day and my eyes started to go down hill fast. Blurry all day, easily fatigued, etc. Then read about the transport issue and started taking at different times a day and then the benefit came back.
