How long do you leave the Aphogee protein on

I use aphogee shampoo and conditioner every time I wash my hair which is once a week. As for the protein spray after I shampoo and condition I would spray on damp hair not a lot just a 2-3 sprays. And then blow dry. It’s protein so it really reversed my damage. But I don’t use it all the time. It works but I didn’t want to dry my hair out using it a lot.
