Is it possible to still buy a bottle of ink?

Noodler's, Private Reserve, Organics Studio are American companies that will sell you any color of the rainbow and even invisible ink. Diamine, Pelikan, Skrip and Quink are European made inks also readiliby available from Amazon and other on-line sellers.

Do these work with all sheaffer pens? i'm buying the sheaffer calligraphy deluxe tin kit (sh/10033)..

Not sure about "all" pens but I purchased these to use with a Sheaffer pen purchased many years ago (before computers). The refills work with the "old" pen and also with a calligraphy pen I purchased recently. No problems with either pen. Joe

I have a sheaffer perlude ball point pen and can't find an ink refill cartridge for it. Any recommendation?
