And the real coffee doesn't have the chicory bitter taste like Café du Monde, but pure 100% Robusta dark roast, or Robusta mixed with Arabica roasted in an unique way that make the coffee very smooth, bold taste, with many layers of flavors. However I had difficulties looking for the right Vietnamese coffee blends here in the US, most of the coffee in the Asian stores just doesn't have the right colors and flavors that you can have in the best coffee garden of Saigon.And finally, I tried this PHINDELI and WOW ... this is the authentic coffee that can make the truly great ca phe sua da.
