Burt's Bees Orange Essence Facial Cleanser, Sulfate-Free Face Wash, 4.3 Oz (Package May Vary)

I started using this product in my early twenties because I love birds bees and organic bath and body products so I know exactly what's in it, not realizing I was doing myself a favor! I recently decided after a small sabbatical without using it to order more and in one of these products orders a woman mentions that that is the secret to her youth when people ask. Now personally I get asked that all the time I look about half my age no work done etc but people come up to me asking what the secret is and I've never known what to say hydrate? Sunscreen? LOL and then I read this woman's review and was like oh snap I've been accidentally doing myself some huge favors with sunscreen and this particular product. Not sure if it's going to be staying on the market so I went ahead and got 3 and hope they don't take it off because it is a pretty fantastic thing also if your eyes aren't super sensitive it's an oil-based gentle washer so I found that hey this also takes off my waterproof mascara LOL well today I find more things are on my eyes irritating then I used to so I can't quite do that but this stuff is gold and I legitimately and asked far too often what my secret is why I look so young. And I'm always caught off guard when this question is posed and now I'm thinking okay proper skin care including this in particular starting early I'm just lucky that I happen to find the product and liked it for other reasons vitamin c orange essence anything like that it's kind of be great because not only does that boost hyaluronic acid but it brightens up your face and it can be gentle or you could throw in a little exfoliation depending on what you want but it's a good base for an exfoliation process as well. Often I start with this and then use Aveeno exfoliator to really move it around and then follow up with some CeraVe so all in all I'm putting products on my face and taking vitamins etc that boost the collagen peptide aspect which cannot be activated without vitamin c or it can't be as efficient so I take it as vitamins and I also put it on the outside from the outside and the inside out and it smells so good you guys just don't buy them all I want the rest lol stay beautiful! If you found this then you're like me and you're lucky cuz you just struck gold : and you may not even realize it for another 10 years when people start saying hey what's up why you look so good :-) it should also be noted that a few of the people asking my "secret" were stylists and estheticians that were not looking for my business just passing through while I was getting my hair cut. I'm 41 the highest people have guessed is 23. When I talk about life experiences some people think I'm not being honest because no way I could be so young and have done so much lol I'm usually caught off guard when asked about it. Yes hydration clean eating sunscreen and protection and being happy all help I'm now convinced the orange essence face wash is centripetal to the whole thing. And helps with acne, melasma, and general dullness among other things and is very gentle. My derm doesn't believe in putting vitamins on your face but I've done a lot of research and have come to the conclusion that vitamins and eating right help but it doesn't hurt to come at it from both sides. Hyaluronic acid (magnesium) needs vitamin c to activate it. Same goes for collagen needing these vitamins both topically and orally. I've used vitamin chews and collagen peptide proteins as well to enhance these things. Heck sometimes. I use a frozen baby carrot on troubled areas prob not a huge help but if I'm gonna ice it why not vitamin A (retinol) prob pointless but fun!? Point in case we need c to stabilize most of the other stuff and it only stands to reason that besides it's beauty benefits it makes a great base vitamin for all the rest. Been using it since I was about 21-23 and that's the age people guess today at the age of 41! Plus it's an aphrodisiac and antidepressant so orange it up people while they are still making this amazing product (not paid to write this. Just feel the need to share my experience in case anyone can relate or hope to feel this cute in 20 years! Oh also I'm super fair and wear sunscreen since I was a kid and during lockdown developed familial skin cancer on my forehead even with no sun but this adds to the healing properties as well as a more gentle approach than most washes. Witch hazel is always a plus to calm the skin down and make sure you don't have a bit of orange soap left over affecting your skin tone. Been there! Lol not necessary but a suggestion. Enjoy and rally that they don't discontinue!

I first tried this product when it was given as a gift. This is a wonderful product. My face feels so clean, soft, and well moisturized after using this. The smell is wonderful. I definitely recommend this.

I've been using this for several years and I love it! (59 years old with dry skin) It's soap free so it does not dry out your skin. I use it for "oil cleansing" because it contains orange oil. Oil based cleansers help clean out your pores. I don't even need to do masks very often. I apply it to dry skin, this helps it to sink into your pores, I massage it in and then rinse well. You might have to get used to it because it leaves you with a dewy moisturized feeling rather than squeaky clean and stripped of all oils. It also works well to dissolve make up from your skin. My go to facial cleanser and it smells fantastic, like fresh oranges! It also tastes good if you happen to get any in your mouth! : )

Been using since my teenage years to get makeup off at night only. Doesn’t strip my skin to dry no oil, leaves an oil residue, great for oily skin so my body doesn’t produce more oil thinking it doesn’t have enough oil. I look younger than I should. I also wear spf makeup but I swear not using foaming soap based cleaner to get squeaky clean tight dry facial skin has helped me through the years.

I've ordered this product before in the 3 pack, but the last 2 times I've ordered it, I received only 1 tube. The picture shows 3, and it's linked to my previous orders, so there's some shady AF stuff going on here. I contacted Burt's Bees, and they said it's not discontinued. If you're willing to pay $20-$30 for something nornally worth $8 per tube, go ahead and order. The product itself is great, and I've used it for years. But I won't be buying it from Amazon again until the listing is fixed.

I have been using this for years, at least 15 maybe more and I love it! The scent is heavenly. I have dry/slightly oily t-zone skin. Leaves my face feeling clean & soft. I had gone to visit my younger sister (by 3 yrs) in AZ after not seeing her for 10 yrs. All my other relatives kept saying how good I looked, that I hadn't changed a bit. Even my lil sis said I looked good (a bit surprised). I had to tell our older brother to stop as it was upsetting sis. But she kept asking me what was I using/doing for my skin. My reply "oh just bar soap & water" "what evers on sale". So now this is yours & my little secret 😉

Lovely, orangey scent. however, I am not sure how well it's actually doing cleaning my face. It has a oiley consistancy. It's not a lotion and it's not a gel and its not a cream. Weird. Maybe its more like the beeswax consistency?? But does not feel waxy. Not sure how to rate this item. I am only assuming its doing what its supposed to do. Love the scent though. Not sure if I will order this set again.

I’ve used the Burt’s Bees Orange Essence Cleanser for years, it is my absolute go-to for daily gentle cleansing! I have oily skin that can be sensitive at times, and have not experienced any issues with this cleanser. I have not seen it in stores since 2020, so I’m thrilled to have been able to find it here! The product shipped fine and the quality is the same as if I would've bought it in person at a drug store. My only qualm is that a 2-pack would’ve been preferred over a 3-pack, but for the price, I’m more than content! I hope this product sticks around for years to come.

La consistencia del producto es muy interesante, se siente increíble sobre la piel y a pesar de que no hace espuma, realmente limpia con delicadeza la piel, pareciera que derrite el maquillaje y deja la piel limpia y humectada con un olor a té de naranja o mandarina.

It just doesn’t get better than this. I had used it 20 years ago when I was very young, and was surprised when I stumbled upon it on Amazon by accident as I didn’t think it was still made. This stuff may have an ‘oily’-LIKE texture technically-speaking, but it is more like an ‘ointment’ texture rather than runny or anything. You won’t be accidentally squeezing too much out of the tube, and it’s not messy. I love the feeling of just gliding it on your skin, experiencing the spa-like aromatherapy of genuine orange, and rinsing the water off to reveal a dewy and refreshed face. It is expensive, but you can alternate this with other cleansers to reduce cost. I would not hesitate to treat yourself to this if you are looking to improve your complexion and also experience this lovely scent and feel that will leave you looking forward to washing your face with it each time. I haven’t tried this yet, but I also purchased some walnut shell powder from Amazon to mix in when I want some exfoliation.

Terrific as a face wash . There is no soapy foam it's good in an aroma therapy face wash . The smell of fresh oranges and smooth texture makes ur skin glow with a smile. Will definitely keep on buying it.

El precio por tres tubos es muy atractivo. Me encanta como huele, es un olor potente que está presente desde que te lavas la cara, hasta después que se ha secado el rostro. No me gusta que no haga nada de espuma... sentir la espuma me da la certeza que se está limpiando el rostro, sin ella siento que algo falta... La piel queda refrescada, con un olor lindo e hidratada. No volvería a comprarlos, pero no me arrepiento de haberlo hecho
